What Should I Have Ready?
A guess at the species helps, along with a rough height compared to your roofline and a list of what stands under the branches. Let us know about access, such as a side gate, a lane or a driveway. If the tree is on a property line, tell us that too.
What Happens After I Get In Touch?
We call to set up a visit, usually within a few days. At the visit, we look at the tree with you and answer questions. The emailed quote follows within a day or two, and the timing of your answer is up to you.
What If A Tree Is Touching Power Lines?
Call Toronto Hydro first. Only utility crews may work close to live lines. Once the power has been made safe, we can clean up the tree and remove the damaged parts.
